The Ski Club of Victoria (SCV) is a welcoming and close-knit sports club located in Mount Buller Alpine Resort, Victoria. With a passion for skiing and snowboarding, SCV provides an easy-going and inclusive environment for members to enjoy their favourite winter sports and foster new friendships.
Established in 1924, SCV holds a rich history that is deeply intertwined with the high country and the pioneers of skiing. From humble beginnings in an old cattlemen's hut, SCV now offers two comfortable lodges, Kandahar and the renowned Ivor Whittaker, providing members with comfortable accommodation as they indulge in their winter adventures.
When it comes to dining options, SCV's restaurant, the Whitt, offers fantastic bistro lunches and a la carte dinners from Monday to Sunday. Members can enjoy delicious food at excellent value, and dinner reservations are essential. Additionally, happy hour is available from 4 to 6pm nightly, and live music is featured regularly. All SCV members receive a 15% discount on food and beverages.
To keep members updated, SCV publishes the regular Schuss newsletter, which covers administrative changes, food and accommodation specials, and other club highlights.
