Shishikan Dojo

Welcome to Shishikan Dojo, a traditional martial arts club located in Sunnybank, a suburb south of Brisbane City, Australia. Shishikan is an officially registered dojo of Shorinjiryu Koshinkai Karatedo Australia, administered by the Australian Shorinjiryu Karatedo Association Inc. The dojo offers training for individuals who are interested in learning a martial art and self-defence.

At Shishikan Dojo, students have the opportunity to learn and practise various aspects of karate. This includes kata (forms), self-defence techniques, two-person drills, sparring, and weapons training. The goal is to provide a comprehensive martial arts training experience that encompasses both physical and mental development.

In addition to regular training, Shishikan Dojo also provides opportunities for students to compete in local, national, and international tournaments. This allows individuals to test their skills and gain valuable experience in a competitive setting.
