Shinbukan Sutherland is a Japanese martial arts academy located in Sydney, Australia. Established in 1978 by Soke Kazuo Saito, Shinbukan is dedicated to empowering students through a unique learning environment known as the Dojo. In this high-pressure, ego-free collective space, students are consciously and unconsciously tested to expand their physical, mental, and spiritual capacities.

Soke Kazuo Saito, the founder of Shinbukan, migrated from Japan to Australia and has been spreading the teachings of Karate and Ninjutsu ever since. Instructors at Shinbukan are highly experienced, with at least seven years of martial arts training, and some boasting over 30 years of experience.
