Shigan Martial Arts Lambton focuses on a traditional Taekwondo, Mui-Thai, Kick boxing, Thai-Boxing and Jujitsu, all combined into a modern self-defence framework. It is suitable for both children and adults, male and female in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere which is suitable for almost everyone – young and the not so young!
Our hall is situated at the Lambton-Waratah Scout Hall, where we are central to business and residential areas. Classes start at 6pm, so are ideal for after school or work. Train on your own or as a family.
