Sale CrossFit has been created by three very different indiviuals. Jake, Marty and Mell are from three distinct backgrounds, but all have a love of fitness and in particular a love of CrossFit. The three co-owners are working hard to create a community in Sale that encourages abilities of all levels to have a go, and improve their fitness. It is important that they know everyone, know their background and their strengths and weaknesses as athletes.
