High school students can join the Fitness Squad, also known as the Bull Shark squad, which is a specialised programme focused on improving freestyle technique, speed, and stamina. This programme is designed to help teenage swimmers maintain fitness and continue to develop their swimming skills.
Saints Swimming Club also offers an Adult Programme that caters to swimmers of all abilities and goals. The Private lesson & Practise programme provides personalised coaching in 30-minute one-on-one sessions, followed by a 60-minute practise session.
