In terms of club updates, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on July 15th, during which all committee members were reelected to their positions. Syd, a long-serving member and committee member for over 20 years, was honoured with life membership and the pistol range was officially named after him. The club extends its gratitude to James from The Oaks Butcher for sponsoring the AGM's BBQ lunch.
Furthermore, the club has changed the name of its Colonial Action Shooting to Pioneer Shooting and has made updates to the rules. Details and changes can be found on the club's Pioneer page.
Overall, SSAA Silverdale Pistol Club offers a welcoming, inclusive, and exciting environment for those passionate about pistol shooting.
