The club has recently introduced new Membership Application Forms. As of June 2018, the committee has endorsed a form that requires potential members to attend and participate in six shoots before their application can be approved. There is no application fee, and upon approval, new members will be required to pay the pro rata membership fee. The club notifies successful applicants via email.

Membership fees for existing members are due for payment by 30 June each year. Current members can find the new Membership Renewal Form on the club's website under the Forms tab. A reminder email will be sent to all members closer to the payment deadline, and their continued support is greatly appreciated.
