The club boasts high-quality facilities, providing members with access to 22 outdoor grass courts, six outdoor non-cushioned courts, and two synthetic courts. Many of these courts are equipped with lighting, allowing for nighttime play. Additionally, members have the opportunity to receive expert coaching to enhance their skills on the court.
At RKPTC, there are ample opportunities for members to engage in league competitions, tournaments, and social tennis throughout the year. Whether you're looking to test your skills in a competitive setting or simply enjoy a friendly match, there is something for everyone. New members are always welcome, fostering a vibrant and inclusive tennis community.
As a non-profit organisation, RKPTC is managed by a Committee that is elected annually. The club operates under the Rules of the Club, which govern the behaviour and responsibilities of its members.
One of the notable features of RKPTC is its integration with Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs since 2007. This integration grants members access to additional world-class facilities, including five squash courts, a rooftop and indoor pool, a gym, a creche, an apparel shop, an all-day dining café, a members lounge, WiFi, and a licenced bar. This partnership enhances the overall experience for members, offering a wide range of amenities to enjoy off the court.
RKPTC is a proud member of the Association of Centenary Tennis Clubs (CTC), which comprises over 80 prestigious tennis clubs around the world, each with more than a century of history in international events. This affiliation allows RKPTC members to visit and enjoy the facilities of these clubs when travelling interstate or overseas, thanks to the club's reciprocal agreements with them. With over 20 reciprocal clubs in various prominent cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, London, Bordeaux, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong, members have the opportunity to experience tennis in different locations around the globe.
To join RKPTC, individuals must first become Ace Members of Next Gen Kings Park (NGKP). This membership entitles them to apply for membership at RKPTC, with no additional fees required. As a member, you will have the chance to meet like-minded players, participate in organised social tennis events on weekends, be eligible for league team selection, enter club championships and tournaments, and enjoy various fun social events organised exclusively for RKPTC members.
