Years. We believe that dance is not just about learning steps, but also about personal growth and character development.
At Rosie Clark School of Ballet and Tap, we offer a wide range of dance syllabi to ensure that our students receive the best possible training. Our friendly and caring environment ensures that every student feels valued and supported. We treat all students equally and strive for each one to achieve noticeable growth and success.
Our students not only learn the art of dance, but also develop important life skills such as self-confidence, self-esteem, coordination, and appreciation of music. They also gain poise, deportment, and physical strength. We place importance on grooming and self-presentation, preparing our students for future performances and public appearances.
In addition to our regular classes, we provide opportunities for students to work with guest teachers and attend frequent workshops. We also offer student and assistant teacher positions for those who wish to further their dance education.
As a registered dance school, we are a part of the Friends of the Royal Academy of Dance advisory panel for South Australia. We proudly teach syllabi such as ISTD, RAD, CICB, CSTD, ATOD, Al Gilbert, Glenn Wood, Acrobatic Arts, and Acrobatic Dance Association. Our commitment to providing high-quality dance education is evident in our affiliation with these renowned dance organisations.
The history of Rosie Clark School of Ballet and Tap spans three generations. Rosemary Clark, the founder, opened the Hope Valley School of Ballet and Tap in Adelaide before moving to the Riverland. With fully equipped sprung timber floors, dancefloors, mirrors, ballet barres, and air conditioning, our studios ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for our students.
We are proud to be a part of the Riverland community and actively participate in voluntary outside performances. Our students have entertained at numerous fundraisers, functions, and events, both locally and interstate. We believe in giving back to the community and providing our students with opportunities to showcase their talents.
At Rosie Clark School of Ballet and Tap, we take great joy in seeing our students grow in confidence, skill, and friendship. We believe in teaching more than just dance steps; we teach essential life skills and values that will benefit our students in their everyday lives. Join our dance family today and experience the joy of dance while developing as a well-rounded individual.
