We are a family-friendly Recreation Centre offering a variety of services and indoor facilities to help you on your way to reaching a healthier lifestyle.
We have highly-qualified instructors conducting a wide range of Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Group Personal Training sessions.
Other facilities on site include a fully equipped weights gym, a cardio room with cross-trainers, treadmills, rowers and bikes, a café to serve you a nice healthy meal, and we are also one of a handful of clubs that have squash courts.
