Then Rochester Little Athletics is for you, where your children can run, jump and throw to their hearts content.
Rochester Little Athletics is open to children of all abilities aged 5–15 years of age and runs from October to February during school terms . Competition starts on Friday 10th October at 5. 45pm on the Windridge Oval at the Rochester Recreation Reserve. The first two weeks are free 'come and try' days for new members .
