Red Cliffs Swimming Club

Red Cliffs Swimming Club is a sports club located in Mildura Rural City, Australia. The club aims to provide swimmers with ample opportunities to reach their potential in competitive swimming, while fostering sportsmanship and team spirit. With a great family atmosphere, the club welcomes swimmers of all levels and abilities.

The 2021-2022 season information can be found in the club's handbook. Training sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00pm at the Red Cliffs Pool, excluding public holidays. Swimmers are encouraged to come along and try out. New members can join the club at any training session.

During the training period, sessions take place at Waves in the 25m lap pool. From November 1st, training moves to the Red Cliffs Pool, with sessions continuing throughout the summer school holidays, except for a two-week break over Christmas. Swimmers can choose the training times that best suit them.

Competitions are an integral part of the club's activities. These include interclub Pennant swims, relay swim meets, and sprint meets, usually held on Friday evenings. Once swimmers are confident and capable, it is highly encouraged for them to participate in competitions. Swimmers indicate their availability for competitions by marking 'the book' in the clubrooms.

Open carnivals may require a small entry fee.

Membership fees for the season amount to $150 and cover insurance, training, a club cap, and pool entry to competitions. However, they do not include pool admission fees for training. The club encourages members to purchase club shirts.
