Reaction Tennis Coaching

At Reaction Tennis Coaching we work by the LAPs programme.

Firstly, there is the LEARNING, this is where you learn the fundamentals of tennis in a progressive situation. Secondly there is the ACTION (Squads), this where you put your LEARNING into practise with lots of fun, high energy, drills n skills. Finally, there is the POINTS session, where you take your learning and your practise and challenge other players of your level. This will be done using a DIFFERENT theme of point play each week.
