The Randwick Botany Cycling Club is located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The Club caters for all classes of riders including Juniors, Women, Men, and Masters Divisions.
RBCC is one of Australia’s oldest cycling clubs, formed in 1903 when local interest in the new sport of cycling grew.
The club has been staging races for 110 years and is one of Sydney’s most active cycling clubs. Members regularly compete at home events and at races across the country. Unlike other clubs which may be seasonal, RBCC host races almost every Saturday of the year. A variety of training rides are available for members to improve and socialise almost every day of the week.
Racing is conducted at the Heffron Park Criterium track nearly every Saturday afternoon (except Public Holiday weekends). Racing is open to all riders and all clubs providing that you are affiliated with a current Australian Cycling Federation and/or an International UCI licence.
After racing members adjourn to the club room where there is always a cold drink in the fridge, or tea and coffee if you prefer. It’s a great social atmosphere. We have experienced riders who are always on hand to lend any advice to new riders/members.
