What we do. The word 'kwondo' is a reference to the martial art of Taekwondo, which is the foundation of our training.

At Psychkwondo, we believe in upholding the core tenets of Taekwondo: etiquette, modesty, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. These values form the foundation of our training and are instilled in all of our members. We strive to create an environment where good manners and correct conduct are practised, where members are humble and do not boast or show off, and where dedication and perseverance are encouraged to continually strive for improvement. Most importantly, we foster an indomitable spirit, teaching our members to overcome any obstacle under any circumstance.

Psychkwondo is a club that welcomes everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Our classes cater to all ages and fitness levels, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to improve their health, fitness, confidence, and learn self-defence. We offer martial arts (Taekwondo) and fitness classes, ensuring that there is something for everyone.

Led by Master Instructors Simon Taite and Amy Bodziony, who are both accomplished martial artists, Psychkwondo has a team of dedicated instructors who are passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. Our instructors emphasise the importance of respect towards instructors and seniors, and never misusing Taekwondo skills. We strive to create champions of freedom and justice, who will contribute to building a more peaceful world.

Psychkwondo is proud to have a strong community of members who feel the positive impact of our training. Many of our members have witnessed significant improvements in various aspects of their lives, including increased confidence, strength of body and mind, and improved concentration and focus. We offer limited class numbers to ensure personalised attention and a high-quality training experience. In addition to our physical classes held in various locations in the Hills District region of Sydney, Australia, including Cherrybrook, Galston, Glenhaven, and Dural, we also offer the convenience of online classes. Private lessons are also available for those seeking more individualised instruction.
