Welcome to ProSwim, your tope sports club in Adelaide! At ProSwim, we offer swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults, all with the goal of promoting fun and fitness in and around the water. Our team of friendly and experienced instructors are dedicated to teaching both children and adults how to swim with confidence and enjoyment.

Located conveniently in Plympton, our swimming pools are sparkling clean and kept at a warm and comfortable temperature. We prioritise creating a safe and comfortable environment for all ages to learn and enjoy swimming. Our mission is to advocate the many benefits of swimming as a life skill, provide swimming lessons for individuals of all ages, and ensure that our classes are enjoyable and fun for everyone. To achieve this, we have professionally qualified staff who are here to support and assist in the learning process.

When it comes to our lessons, ProSwim specialises in teaching both children and adults how to swim while making sure that every student has a great time. We believe that swimming should be a fun and enjoyable experience for all, which is why our instructors are committed to creating engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to individual needs and abilities.

In addition to swimming lessons, we also offer Aqua Fitness classes and training sessions for those looking to improve their strength and endurance in the water. Our qualified trainers will tailor programmes to suit your specific needs, ensuring that you get the most out of your time in the pool.

At ProSwim, there is always something happening! Whether it's a Pool Party, School Holiday Programme, or simply enjoying a swim in our lap pool, there are plenty of opportunities for you and your family to have a blast while staying active and healthy.

We are passionate about introducing children to the benefits of swimming from a young age, which is why we offer FREE classes for infants aged 4–6 months. This class focuses on infant holds, gentle conditioning, and floating, helping parents and guardians feel comfortable and confident in the water with their little ones. These classes are parent/guardian and child classes, so they require an adult to accompany the child into the lesson.
