Established in 2008, Principal Academy of Dance has become one of Western Australia’s leading vocational training organisations for the Performing Arts. Centrally located in the heart of Leederville, WA, the dance, musical theatre and acting Academy has excellent teaching facilities with modern purpose built, fully equipped studios.
Our exceptional teaching faculty consists of university lecturers, internationally acclaimed choreographers and fully qualified industry experienced teachers that encourage all students to reach their full potential.
All courses are specifically designed to produce highly skilled and diverse professional performers enabling them to succeed and sustain a long term career in this demanding industry. Graduates have forged successful careers both here and internationally in Musical Theatre, touring productions, cruise ships, television and commercial work. Many others have also gained entry into WAAPA’s Certificate Bachelor of Arts courses in Dance and Musical Theatre.
