The Portland cycling clubs goal is to provide the opportunity for people of all riding abilities the opportunity to join and ride with an organisation that takes great pleasure in the sport of cycling, the continued development of riders young and old and the support of their personal goals through cycling, whether it would be recreational riding or racing.
