Julie has been in the industry for over 10 years as a Personal Trainer and has worked with varying illnesses and injuries and sports people throughout that time.
As a trained massage therapist, Julie's knowledge of the human body helps her to make a more informed and scientific approach to your training programme.
Platinum, which was established in 2003 prides itself on a high retention rate of clients and as such Julie has worked through the life stages and changes with her clients, from school formals, weddings, babies and menopause, even deaths.
Julie enjoys putting all of her knowledge together to come up with something unique for her clients. She hopes for her clients that with the knowledge gained they can integrate good healthy habits, find confidence in their bodies and a new-found energy to enjoy their lifestyle.
