For our youngest players, we have the Little Dolphins preschool rugby programme. This programme introduces children aged 3-5 to the basic skills of rugby in a fun and engaging way, setting a foundation for their future involvement in the sport.
Girls 7's is another important component of our club. We promote and support girls' participation in rugby, offering a dedicated pathway for them to progress and compete at the state level. We are dedicated to breaking down gender barriers and ensuring equal opportunities for all players, regardless of gender.
As a club, we are also committed to giving back to the community. We have partnered with Youth Off the Streets, an organisation that supports disadvantaged youth, to provide them with a team sport experience through rugby. Training sessions are held every Wednesday at Narrabeen Sports High Oval, and games are played on the weekends at various locations on the beautiful Northern Beaches. Our club provides all necessary gear, with no registration fees, and there is no grading process. We prioritise the enjoyment of the game and the sense of belonging in our community.
