Pennant Hills Physie Club offers classes for girls and women of all ages. Our Little Physie Stars programme is tailored for children aged 3–5 years, providing a fun and nurturing environment for them to develop coordination, spatial awareness, and confidence. For girls aged 6 and above, we offer classes that focus on enhancing dance skills and fitness through a combination of dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, aerobic dance, and yoga. Ladies aged 18 and above are also welcome to join our adult classes, where they can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of Physie in a supportive and inclusive setting.

As a proud member of the BJP Physie organisation, Pennant Hills Physie Club follows a curriculum that is carefully designed to provide maximum variety and enjoyment. Our innovative choreography changes annually, ensuring that every class is exciting and engaging. We believe in creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where every member feels valued, motivated, and challenged to reach their full potential.

Our classes are crafted to offer the perfect mix of dance and exercise. Each session begins with gentle stretching and warming up exercises to prepare the body for movement. Students then work on improving their posture, rhythm, and technique through practising dance routines. Our younger members also get to participate in fun games that keep them active and entertained.

Every class is designed to ensure progress and growth, no matter the individual's ability level.

We strive to make Physie accessible to all families by offering competitive term fees and annual registration costs. We do not require expensive costumes or performance fees, making our club an affordable way to learn dance and stay fit without compromising on glamour and enjoyment.
