Our swim lessons focus on more than just stroke development, with a minimum of 10 minutes per lesson spent in deep water, teaching essential skills such as treading water, deep water recovery, and mobility on the front and back. We aim to have every child in our swim school learning to be safer as soon as possible.
Founded in 1972 by Paul Sadler, an avid swimmer and trained teacher, our swim lessons were created in response to the increase in childhood drownings due to the rise of backyard swimming pools. Since then, Paul Sadler Swimland has evolved into a world-leading learn to swim programme, offering swimming lessons in Australia and Vietnam.
We offer a range of swim lesson programmes suited for swimmers of any age and skill level. Our Parent Child Programme is designed for children aged 4 months to 3 years, providing a fun and interactive introduction to the water. Children over 3 years old can join our Children's Learn to Swim programme, where they will develop their swimming skills in a nurturing and supportive environment. For those looking to learn swimming during school holidays, our Holiday Swimming Programme is perfect.
