Council has organised these walking groups to get parents out of the house, help you get active, let your bub take in some fresh air and nature while you meet other parents.
For mums, walking can help reduce postnatal depression or help keep it at bay altogether. Regular exercise and connecting with other parents will help boost your self-confidence as a new parent.
