Paradise Point Sailing Club is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in Gold Coast, Australia. With a focus on sailing and racing, the club offers a range of activities and programmes for members of all ages and skill levels.
For junior sailors, the club offers a comprehensive Junior Sailing Programme every Sunday. Safety equipment, such as helmets and life jackets, are provided. Beginner sailors can sail with a minimum of two students per boat, under the guidance of experienced instructors.

The club also offers a Youth Advanced Sailing and Learn to Race programme for more experienced young sailors. Taking place on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, this programme allows participants to further develop their sailing skills and introduces them to the racing aspect of the sport. A minimum of a Social Membership is required, and the cost per 2-hour session is $17. 00.
The maximum wind speed for this programme is 16 knots.
Youth Racing is available every second Sunday and is open to Bic Skiff, RS Tera, Sabot, and Opti sailors. The racing session starts at 11:00 AM, and the maximum wind speed is also 16 knots. The cost to participate is $10. 00 if racing with your own boat or $25.
00 if using a club boat. To take part in Youth Racing, junior sailors must be a full Junior member of Paradise Point Sailing Club or a member of a sailing club affiliated with Australian Sailing.
For those looking to expand their sailing skills during school holidays, Paradise Point Sailing Club offers Sailing Camps. These camps are held during various times throughout the year and are a great learning experience for ages 6 to 16. Participants can learn the basics of sailing while having fun. The cost for a two-day camp is $110.
