At OzSquad we believe that exercise is a lifestyle choice; it shouldn’t be a chore. That’s why we offer fun, friendly and active personal training sessions, outdoor group fitness classes and bootcamps on the beach in Manly and elsewhere in Sydney upon request.
There are no egos at Manly’s most social bootcamp – just a friendly bunch of welcoming people, weekday classes, weekend activities and regular socials and special events.
We’ll also just get it out there from the start. Carly loves, like really loves, stairs and hills – she even takes photos of them. They will become your friend.
And lastly, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. No one likes a party pooper.
