Our Bootcamp is designed in a way for you to get maximum results out of each session. — Don’t worry, there is no yelling or swearing, blowing of whistles or anything like that, just motivational and challenging exercise to get you moving and help you achieve some great results.
Your first session consists of a fitness assessment so that we can place you into a section (depending on your results) with people of a similar fitness level. You all do the same Bootcamp at the same time, but obviously, just at different levels.
Each monthly programme is designed specifically to make sure that you work your body in every aspect, and the sessions are progressive, meaning that every single session requires you to work harder than the last . You will never get bored as no two sessions are the same!
