The Family Classes provide a relaxed environment for children and their parents to train together, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of their child's development while expanding their own knowledge.

Adults can also benefit from Taekwondo training at One Taekwondo. The Adult Classes focus on teaching basic or advanced techniques and helping students improve their mental and physical strength through self-defence techniques. For those who have excelled in their training, the Elite Classes offer an invitation-only squad that focuses on state, national, and international competitions.
