On Stage Studios, located in Mortdale, Sydney, is one of St George's leading performing arts studios for dancers, singers, and performers. Owned and operated by Carly O'Rourke, one of Sydney's most talented entertainment professionals, the studio offers a range of classes for beginners to advanced students, ages 2 to adult.
The studio is fully equipped with a sprung dance floor, wall mirrors, ballet barres, Acromat, drama/singing room, professional sound equipment, and a parent's area. It's a place where students can develop their creativity, confidence, rhythm, flexibility, and friendships.
On Stage Studios offers a variety of dance classes, including R. A. D. Ballet, Modern, Basic Jazz, Performance Jazz, Hip Hop, Stretch + Strength, and Tap.
There are also options for advanced performance students, private lessons, On Stage Kids, and tiny tots.
In addition to dance, the studio provides acrobatics training, which focuses on developing flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. Drama classes offer students opportunities to learn basic acting techniques, improvisation, and character development, while group singing classes help improve tone and confidence.
On Stage Studios offers programmes for every age and provides a nurturing environment for children to flourish in their classes and make friends. The age groups include Wiggle and Giggle (2-5 years), Pre-Junior (Kindergarten to Year 2), Junior (Year 3 & 4), Pre Teens (Year 5 & 6), and Teens (Year 7 & up).
The studio also offers a free trial week for new students, whether they want to enrol for hobby, fitness, confidence-building, or to reach their full potential in the performing arts.
