In addition to being coached by some of the world’s elite weightlifters, Con and William have also benefited from the experience and guidance of their father, an Olympian, and two time Commonwealth Gold Medallist. Both Con and William have witnessed and experienced first hand how the best of the best train, and now they are here to bring that experience to you.
