Northern Tasmanian Basketball Officials Association

The NTBOA exists to establish and co-ordinate the employment, rostering and development of officials throughout Northern Tasmania. In pursuit if these purposes, the NTBOA will seek to; develop, deliver and maintain educational programmes to promote high standards of officiating.

To effectively employ, communicate, roster and develop officials in the Launceston Junior basketball league with the services from the NTBOA. Provide for the interpretation of basketball playing rules in accordance with the directives from FIBA and Basketball Tasmania. Initiate and author the formation of the NTBOA Tribunal and its membership. Represent the interests of the members of the NTBOA to Basketball Tasmania on all matters affecting basketball officiating.
