Located in Sydney, Australia, Northern Brisbane Rollers (NBR) is a vibrant and competitive roller derby sports club. Established in 2010, NBR has quickly become one of the most well-known and respected roller derby clubs in the region. NBR's "Blackhearts” team has consistently proven themselves to be fierce competitors, constantly improving their gameplay and strategy.

The NBR Blackhearts recently kicked off their season against Sun State Roller Derby in a thrilling matchup. Although they didn't come out on top, the team showed great perseverance and determination. The club is excited for their upcoming game against East Coast Derby Dolls and encourages their fans to come out and support them. With a dedication to teamwork, sportsmanship, and the love of roller derby, NBR is confident in their ability to continue growing and achieving success in the sport.

Apart from their competitive pursuits, NBR is committed to nurturing and developing new talent through their “Fresh Meat” programme. Skaters of all skill levels are welcomed and provided with a supportive environment to learn and grow.
