Northcott Dance was established by Sylvia (Hoare) McGinty in 1981 and has grown to become a well regarded dance school in Newcastle. We are a family focused ballet school where everyone is valued and treated with respect.
Our studio is located within the New Lambton Community Centre, corner of Alma Rd and Cromwell St. We operate classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Our students all participate in an exciting concert at the end of each year which showcases their dance and performance skills and celebrates the year's hard work and dedication. During the year, some students have the opportunity to perform at local community events.
