Our own Australian Shepherds. We have a passion for providing high-quality care to all animals and treat every pet as if they were our own.

At North Mandurah Pet Hotel, we offer a range of accommodation options for your pets. Whether it's a short or long stay, your furry friend will have their own spacious, comfortable, and sanitary space. Dogs and cats from the same family can share if preferred. Our extra-large pens allow your pets to stretch out and have plenty of room to move around.

We also provide as much outdoor playtime as possible during the day, weather permitting.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all pets. Our accommodation is cleaned and disinfected daily to ensure a healthy and comfortable stay for your pet. Food and bedding are included in the price, unless otherwise indicated.

For medium to large dogs, we have 10 large kennels that are the largest available at a whopping 122 square metres each. These kennels have a brick sleeping area, a trampoline bed, and a mesh play area. Surrounding the kennel block is over 1000 square metres of free run exercise yards, allowing your dog to play and stretch their legs.

For small and elderly dogs, we have the Small Animal House. This indoor environment has 13 pens of various sizes, accommodating one large elderly dog or up to four small dogs who prefer to stay together. Shady and lawned exercise yards provide opportunities for frequent group or individual romps, tailored to your dog's preferences.

For cats, we have two cat pens available. The larger pen can accommodate all the cats from one family, while the smaller pen is suitable for up to two cats. It's important to note that cats staying with us should be used to being around dogs, as they may be able to see dogs moving about outside their pens.

In addition to dogs and cats, we also welcome birds and other pets. Our Small Animal House provides a safe and outdoor environment for regular bird clients. They can stay inside the house at night and enjoy the East facing veranda during the day. Owners need to provide their own cage and feed.

Your pets' health and safety are our top priorities. We have a vet on call 24/7 in case of emergencies. We also require information about your vet and an additional contact in case of questions or emergencies.

North Mandurah Pet Hotel is a family-owned and operated business. Simon and Steph Gibson, the owners, live on the premises and personally care for all the pets. With their extensive experience in animal management and qualifications in Animal Husbandry, they ensure that your pet receives the best care possible. Steph is also a certified groomer and a licenced Australian National Kennel Club Judge.
