
Noranda Junior Football Club, established in 1979, is a sports club based in Perth, Western Australia. Affiliated with the Hawthorn Football Club, the Noranda Hawks are known for their dedication to fostering young talent and promoting the sport of Australian Rules Football.
As a club, Noranda Junior Football Club takes pride in its connexion to the land and people of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. They pay respect to Elders past and present, as well as emerging leaders, and celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders from all communities.
The club offers a range of programmes and opportunities for aspiring footballers. These include Auskick, which is designed for children aged 5-12 and focuses on teaching the basics of the game in a fun, inclusive environment. They also have a Girls Footy programme, providing girls aged 9-18 with the chance to develop their skills and compete in a supportive and empowering setting.
Training times are available for all age groups, ensuring that players have the opportunity to improve their skills and prepare for matches. The club is proud to have produced numerous WAFL/W players over its 40-year history and has seen nine of its players go on to play in the AFL/W.
