NoExcuses. Com. au came about because as a family we were sick and tired of just getting by. We noticed that we were getting older and the weight was creeping up on us.
We are a family of six, so we completely understand and empathise with the struggles for working full time whilst bringing up a family, let alone finding time for yourself!
Furthermore, we have experienced exactly what you have, setbacks, disappointment, falling off the wagon, emotional eating – you name it, we have done it. This is when we decided enough was enough – No More Excuses.
