Neijia Martial Arts

The term “Neijia”, translated from the Chinese language, means “internal section” or “internal family”.

Nei Jia is a free flowing internal martial art, based on timeless principles that develop and utilise the student’s own internal energy to achieve his/her true potential. Neijia originates from Ancient Chinese Martial Arts. The term Nei Jia was developed to create the distinction between the true internal way of cultivating real power, as opposed to the other mainstream styles which are reliant upon external strength and brute force.
