Narwee Uniting Physical Culture Club has been a member of the BJP School of Physical Culture for 64 years. Physical Culture (Physie) is a sport that can appeal to all ages.
Physie is great for strength, fitness, co-ordination, posture, flexibility, confidence and self-discipline.
