The New South Wales Ski Association Ltd, trading as NSW Snow sports is the Peak Body and State Sporting Organisation (SSO) for Snow sports in New South Wales. NSW Snow sports has been representing and servicing snow sports enthusiasts, athletes, and the sport since 1973. NSW Snow sports is governed by a board of eleven directors elected by the membership. There are directors representing each of the sporting disciplines and areas of Alpine, Cross Country, Freestyle, Snowboarding and Inter-schools.
NSW Snow sports also manages the Amelia McGuiness Foundation, which was a Foundation set up in memory of schoolgirl Amelia McGuiness who died tragically in a ski accident at Perisher in 2009. NSW Snow sports provides club membership and insurance for our NSW Ski Clubs.
