North Ryde Fitness + Aquatic Centre is in the heart of the North Ryde’s corporate district, providing a diverse range of sporting and fitness services.
The facility includes a gym, pool and multi-sport options. Our mission is to promote a variety of fitness and sports options to corporate businesses in Macquarie Park as well as the North Ryde residents themselves.
Operated by Sydney Sports Management Group: an established privately-owned Australian Specialist Facilities Management Company with over 20 years of experience owning and successfully managing a variety of Leisure and Sporting Centres. Associated initially with Tennis World running Sydney’s largest Tennis Management Group, later expanding into Golf, Health and Fitness and Café operations.
The HighLow gym is unlike any other, with tailored group fitness programs, there is something to suit you no matter what your fitness levels are. HighLow keep the classes small to keep the relationship with the trainer intimate and make sure that all movements are technically correct. But that’s not even the best thing about it, through MYZONE technology all participants are able to see their heart rate on the big screen in real time. This helps you to know when you are hitting your limits or when you need to step it up a bit! HighLow have created a real community feel at three other sites already and NRFA is no different.
Our 5 lane outdoor, heated, 25m pool is perfect for learning to swim, lap swimming and school classes.
