Little Athletics has recently celebrated 50 years and the Mount Gambier club isn't slowing down! Welcoming athletes from tiny tots to 16 of all skill level.
MGDLAC is run by parents of the athletes, with meets held at the athletics facility at Mount Gambier High School on Brownes Road each Friday night at 4:30pm for a 4:45pm warm up and 5:00pm start.
All athletes MUST have their parents or guardians present at each meeting to be able to compete. All parents are expected to help out in some way at each meet.

Little Athletics is a modified athletics program for children of all abilities aged 3-17 years, based on events including running, jumping, throwing and walking.
Local meets are held from October through to March at Mount Gambier High School on Brownes Road each Friday night, with Tiny Tots (Under 5s) starting at 4:15pm and the main program starting at 4:30pm for a 4:45pm warm up and a 5:00pm start.
