With a current membership of 200 and growing, the club aims to assist members of all ages and fitness levels in enjoying running and walking and reaching their individual goals. Whether you are looking to become more active, train for your first 5 km event, or tackle a marathon, the Moreton Bay Road Runners are dedicated to supporting you on your fitness journey.
The club offers personalised training plans prepared by experienced coaches, who also lead strength and speed sessions to help improve performance. Nutritional advice is also available to members, ensuring they have all the tools necessary to achieve their desired goals.
Members meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at various locations across the Redcliffe Peninsula, North Lakes, and Sandgate. Weekend runs begin at the Redcliffe Jetty. The club's coaches are certified by Queensland Athletics and provide guidance and support to help members achieve their best.
