Moon's Taekwondo is a traditional martial arts club located in Brighton, South Australia. They are a family-oriented club that focuses on technique, fitness, and personal discipline. The club offers classes at the Brighton Primary School gym in Adelaide. New students are welcome to come and watch or join in any session with no obligations. It is recommended to wear light, comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit pants and a t-shirt, and training is done barefoot. Classes involve various activities, including fitness training, stretching, skill acquisition (striking, kicking, blocking, joint locks, throwing), sparring, self-defence skills, and forms.
The club has specific training schedules during school term dates, with no training on public holiday long weekends.
