Changes in class times or coaches, combining or cancelling classes may occur if necessary.
In terms of general policies, the academy expects students to remember the time, date, and day of their tennis lessons, as no refunds or credits will be given if these details are forgotten. Refunds are only provided under extraordinary circumstances. Additionally, the academy has a weather policy in place and will inform students at least 30 minutes ahead of their lesson if it is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. If no communication is received, students should assume the lesson is still taking place.
The academy may make up the remaining time if less than half of the allocated time is completed due to rain.
