Mojo Mums Fitness

Mojo Mums Fitness came about from our own personal experience when, realising that we were both in desperate need of “me time” after having kids, we went looking for a place to exercise and get our mojo back! But everywhere we looked- personal trainers, gyms etc- didn’t easily fit into our lives. We tried gyms with creche but paying for creche over and above already expensive gym fees, or them not being open at times that were convenient for us didn’t work. Even with “child-friendly” personal training we still found that we weren’t getting the full benefits of our session as having our kids with us proved to be difficult (ie climbing all over us).

And so Mojo Mums Fitness was born.

Combining a desire to help other mums, and a passion for health and fitness, Mojo Mums Fitness offers group training or in home personal training sessions, with the added bonus of FREE child minding. Our staff are all fully insured, have valid Working With Children checks, and are certified to administer first aid, and perform CPR and children’s resus.
