Mobility Fitness Bootcamps are run by me, Tom Allamby, a new and young innovative Personal Trainer. Specialising in fun and exciting Fitness Bootcamps that involve body weight general fitness workouts aiming to make and keep you fit and energetic. I specialise in training people of all fitness abilities and levels. However my main speciality is in training people with disabilities as I myself am confined to a wheelchair as a result of being born with Spina Bifida.
Although I do not see a disability as a barrier to not being able to live a full and healthy life. I believe there are “NO EXCUSES” when it comes to fitness and keeping fit.
