Metropolitan Pistol Club

Metropolitan Pistol Club is a sports club located in Brisbane City, Australia. The club is dedicated to the sport of pistol shooting and offers a safe and enjoyable experience for individuals and families alike.

Membership at Metropolitan Pistol Club is open to anyone from the age of 11 and up. Under 18s will require parental or guardian consent if they wish to participate in shooting. Junior members, aged 11 to 17 years old, are offered free membership if they are directly related to a licenced club member. Although Metropolitan Pistol Club does not cater to casual shooters or unlicensed members of the public, guests are welcome if they are personally acquainted with a club member. In order to shoot as a guest, individuals need to fill out the necessary paperwork (Form 33) and pay a $14 range fee. Guests must also be under the direct supervision of the club member during their visit.

The club hosts a range of events throughout the year, which can be found on their events calendar. They provide both weekday and weekend shooting sessions, with morning sessions starting at 8:00 to 9:00 am depending on the discipline, and afternoon sessions generally starting at 1:00 pm.
