The centre offers a variety of programmes to cater to different interests and skill levels. For beginners and those with Yellow and Blue belts, classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Meanwhile, for those with Red and Black belts, classes run from 5:30 to 7:00pm on the same days.
The programmes offered at the Melbourne Taekwondo Centre Bendigo branch include Traditional Taekwondo, Self Defence – Basic and Advanced, Advanced and Elite Competition, and Poomsae Instruction. This ensures that students can choose the programme that best suits their goals and interests.
The centre also offers a special promotion for new students, providing them with 2 weeks of free training. This allows individuals to experience the benefits of Taekwondo and decide if it is the right fit for them.
In addition to the excellent training programmes, Melbourne Taekwondo Centre Bendigo boasts a team of exceptional instructors. Some notable instructors include David Atkinson, an 8th Dan JidoKwan and Bronze medallist in the 2018 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, and Marcia Seymour, a 4th Dan Kukkiwon black belt and Gold medallist in the 2016 Oceania Poomsae Championships. Leona Atkinson, a 3rd Dan Kukkiwon black belt, specialises in beginners' instruction, while Daniel Atkinson, a 2nd Dan Kukkiwon black belt, serves as a sparring coach.
