The club was formed in 1941 by local devotees and still retains strong links with local residents and Marrickville Council. We are a Par 60 for men and a Par 62 for women course centrally situated on the historic Cooks River just 11 short kilometres from the Sydney Business District and 4 kilometres from the airport. Although it is a shade less than 4000 metres long it is a demanding course which requires accurate tee shots and is great for developing the golfers' short game. The nature of the course is ideal for all golfers regardless of age and ability. The course caters for all social players and groups, 7 days of the week and there is special attention given to social clubs who find it very suitable for their players with its central location.
