Our fully qualified coaches teach young adults & adults on Monday and Thursday evenings, and children, in two seperate levels of judo on Wednesday afternoons. Judo means “The gentle way” in Japanese. Judo is for everyone. We run competitions throughout the year and encourage parental support.
